P7 Transition Programme

Moving from Primary to Secondary School is a BIG moment in a young person's life and can trigger a wide range of emotions. 

We would love to invite P7 pupils to join us for a four-session programme, designed with them as the central focus.

The programme will cover issues such as friendships, dealing with change, emotions and getting support as well as encouraging young people to talk about their hopes, dreams, fears and worries.

Each week, we will explore these topics using a range of activities games and the P7s will hear from young people who have already made the move to Secondary School.

The programme is free and registration is open now.
